Friends and Family Test

The Friends and Family Test has arrived! The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a patient feedback tool that has been used in hospitals in the UK since 2013, that is now being adopted in General Practice.

FFT is a simple and quick way for patients to to exress satisfaction, or dissatisfaction with the experience they have had whilst receiving care or treatment.

We want to hear your views as they help us design ourservices to best meet your needs. If you wish to use this simple tool to give us your feedback, please click here.

Patients have their say...

The results have been published for the National GP Patient survey 2014, you can access them by clicking here. The GP Patient survey is conducted each year by an independent company, who send surveys to ransomly selected groups of patients from every GP practice in the UK.

This year patients expressed a high level of satisfaction at being able to communicate with the practice, with 98% of respondents finding it easy to get through to the surgery by phone, 95% of respondents describing their experience of making an appointment as good, and 98% of respondents finding the receptionists at this surgery helpful.

To view all the results, please visit the GP Patient survey website by clicking here.

Thank you to everyone who gave feedback this year.
